In addition to the all-inclusive food & drinks that are included in your ticket, guests who you book their resort package with the Cancun Jazz Festival will also receive a $1,500 resorts credit (per double occupancy room) issued by the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya to be used towards the purchase of additional amenities at the resort. We´re not only giving you more to use on Golf, Spa treatments, Tours, upgraded wine selections at the restaurants and more – we´re taking the whole thing up an octave and want to blow your experience off the charts!

Please note that the resort credits are applied per room not per person, so be sure to coordinate this with your roommates. Resort credits cannot be applied for room upgrades. Upon check in, each guest who booked a package attending the Cancun Jazz Festival will be required to leave a credit card on file with the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in order to receive the resort credits for the room.
*Service Fee: A 20% service fee will apply over the final price of all transactions using the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya Resort Credit program on all services or products available at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.
What does this mean? For every dollar you spend in resort credits, 20 cents will be charged to your room to be paid upon check out. The service fee can only be paid with cash or credit card. Resort credits cannot be used to pay your final room bill.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Must purchase your package through the Cancun Jazz Festival in order to qualify. Resort credit cannot be exchanged for cash. There is no cash reimbursement if unused. Resort credit promotion is not combinable with other credits, discounts or promotions unless specifically indicated. Resort credit is not transferable, non cumulative and cannot be held over for future stays. Promotion, prices and applicable services are subject to change without prior notice.
Resort credit promotion will not be extended to travelers on famtrips, travel agent or employee rates, complimentary, incentive, barter, exchange or compensatory stays.
IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO TAKE IN CONSIDERATION BEFORE BOOKING ALL TOURS AND SERVICES:
All tours, services are subject to space and availability and must be: (1) booked/requested upon arrival, (2) require reservation at least 24 hours prior to desired service and, (3) must be purchased at full price.
Tours may vary by destination and can be cancelled by force majeure or weather conditions. Resort credit is applicable only towards approved tours and only when sold by Hard Rock Hotels All-Inclusive Collection Vacation Planners. Resort credit in not applicable towards other tours provided by other operators.
NO SHOW POLICY:
No refunds will apply in the event that a guest does not arrive for a scheduled service or tour. No shows are charged at full price.
When using Resort credit towards The Colin Cowie Wedding Collection, full amount must be used. Resort credit is only applicable towards wedding collections with a price value of $3,000 or higher. Applicable resort credit depends on length of vacation is applied per room/per night. Maximum amount of resort credit that can be used is $1,800.
Service fees apply to Unlimited Golf. Children ages 13-17 must be booked as adults to receive the golf package. Tee times are subject to space and availability. Golf package includes unlimited rounds of golf per adult/per stay. All adults sharing the same room must pay the golf package rate. It cannot be sold separately. Additional restrictions may apply
Promotion does not apply for Special Events and/or Wedding.
