Before You Go

We want your trip to go as smooth as possible. So we have prepared a timeline of events for you to follow and check off your list as the event draws near. The first step is to log into the customer portal to verify all of your info (see below)

Register in the Online Portal

We have a great new feature this year – an online guest portal – which will be your personal event guide. This portal is designed to work on your mobile phone via resort wide free WiFi, and includes all of the information related to your 2018 package, including your hotel reservation number, seats, receipt, contact info, additional guest info, and more!

Below are some basic instructions on how to use the portal. Even though the portal can be used on a phone, desktop or tablet, we recommend getting used to using it on your phone, since that will be our primary method of communication with you at the resort, should there be any updates during the festival.


This link will take you directly to the Login page. Please click on it or copy it into your browser.

To log in, make sure you have your ORDER NUMBER handy and the LAST NAME of the lead guest on the order.

Once logged in, you will be directed to the “Home” page  (see below). But before you start using the portal, we want to make sure all of your information is verified and entered correctly.

Your first step is to go to the “Contact Info” page by clicking on the top right menu icon (looks like a hamburger). Please check that all of the information is correct and also make sure to click the BLUE edit button. At the moment you can only edit your Mobile phone, Alternate phone (good for a 2nd guest number), and 2nd Email (good for 2nd guest). These are extremely important for us to have. When you have finished editing, click the BLUE “Update My Info” button.

NOTE – If any of your other contact info is incorrect, please email us with changes and we will make them on our end.

Once you have reviewed your contact info, click on the top right menu icon again. This will show you all of the current menu options.


This page has the hotel address, phone number, and a direct email for booking spa, beauty salon, tours, balinese beds, golf, wine and tequila tasting, romantic dinners.

Also included is the link to book our recommended ground transportation to/from the airport, in case you have not yet booked.


This page is a review of the same receipt you would have received via email. Please double check it and make sure it is correct. In particular, additional guests names, check in/out dates, room and seating categories. This page is not editable, so if there are any errors, you will need to email us.

NOTE – you will have the opportunity to edit 2nd guest info on the MY TRAVEL page (below).


This page is where you will need to do the most editing in the fields listed below:

  • Flights – please enter your arrival and departure information.
  • Top Artists – please enter the top 2 Artists you are looking forward to seeing this year.
  • Please verify each guests age (mainly we want to know that you are over 18, and if not, then we need exact ages)
  • Passport expiration date is very important to ensure that it is valid until at least 12/31/18
  • T-shirt sizes for your complimentary shirts

When you have finished editing, scroll to the bottom and click the BLUE “Update Travel Info” button


This page is view only, but it has your seats, room number (if pre-assigned in woodstock), and most importantly, the schedule!

Note that it currently lists the main shows only. Still to come are the afternoon events (smaller performances in the lobbies, at the pool etc.), but this will give you the ability to plan your daily activities, excursions off property etc.

Book your flights

Try and book your flights as soon as possible. We all want the best deals, but sometimes if you wait too long you will end up with less desirable flights and connections which could get you to the event late, or worst case, strand you (or your luggage) in a connecting city. Better to spend a little more now to get non-stop service and good seat selection on the plane. Start your vacation on a positive note with a nice comfortable flight!

If you are coming just for the 4 night event, your arrival date is October 4th and your departure date is October 8th, 2018.

If you booked extra nights pre or post event, simply adjust the dates by the number of nights you added.


Book your Ground Transportation

At this time, ground transportation from Cancun International Airport is NOT included in the package price. However, below is a link to an  excellent, reliable company with whom we have pre-negotiated rates and who we have used for the past 2 years.


If you choose not to use this service, a public taxi service is roughly $80 each way and can accommodate up to 3 people.

Check your passport

You must have a valid passport to go to Mexico. Double check that the expiry date on your (and your additional guests) is valid preferably up to 3 months after the festival (around January 1st, 2019).

Don’t leave it until the last minute! It’s quite easy to renew a passport. In most cases you can just do it online and by mail. It’s reasonable when you are not doing it in a rush.

Purchase travel insurance

We all think that nothing will happen to us – it’s always the other person with the bad luck. But … life doesn’t work that way!

You have made a big investment in your vacation – protect your investment with just a small fee. Most policies are under $100 and can protect you from many occurrences such as flight delays or cancelations.

Earn rewards

After you booked you should have received a referral code with your booking confirmation. Share it with your fiends to convince them to join you on this fantastic musical journey! They will thank you for it! And we will thank you for it by giving you referral fees which you can put towards extra nights, upgrades, or simply in the form of a check (which your banker will appreciate).
